Applications open for PTL and MCCLDP Programs

Two School of Medicine faculty development programs are currently accepting applications for their 2026 cohorts, which begin in January:

• Paths to Leadership - PTL is a 6-month program intended for faculty who want to make a difference at OHSU, and which offers an opportunity to reconnect with your professional purpose and clearly articulate the meaningful difference you wish to make. 
• Mid-Career Clinical Leadership Development Program - MCCLDP is a year-long professional development program that is designed to refine leadership skills for mid-career faculty. The program offers participants a concrete set of leadership skills that provide the foundation for success in common leadership positions at an academic health center. 
• Compare programs and apply for the one that is right for you.

CV/EP Drop-in Sessions

Space will be reserved for a three-hour block of time for SoM faculty to update their Curriculum Vitae (CV) and Educator's Portfolio (EP). Drop-in during any point and stay for as long as they would like. Sample CV's and EP's of existing OHSU faculty at different career stages will be made available.
