Conference description

The Pacific Northwest has no shortage of natural wonders, but sometimes the great outdoors may not be so great. Whether it’s minor injuries like sprains and strains or natural hazards like extreme altitude, heat or cold, being prepared can make a difference. By attending this conference participants will increase their knowledge of key aspects of wilderness medicine, plus be able to advise patients (and friends) heading to the outdoors.

Maintenance of Certification

ABIM

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 8.5 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity.
