Background Information

Researchers at OHSU are trying to better understand how an acute injury or pain problem affects the lives of young adults.

This study is designed to help investigators learn more about pain and pain treatment in young adults. 

Participation

Participants involved in this study will be asked to fill out online questionnaires and complete a brief phone interview every six months over the course of two years. Participants will also provide a bioassay (nail clippings) Compensation will be provided to participants.

How will I know if this study is a good fit for me?

• You are between 18-25 years old
• You've recently sought treatment for a pain problem or injury 

Compensation

Participants will receive up to $315 for completing all study activities.
