Jodiey came to OHSU from the University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL) where she was a didactic, hybrid, and clinical instructor in Pediatrics. She taught students off-site at St. Louis Children's Hospital and Mercy Children's Hospital in St. Louis. Her clinical practice focused on pediatric urgent care, inpatient pediatric hospitalist care, high-risk delivery attendance and management of newborns in a level II NICU. 

She received her BSN, Acute and Primary care PNP Masters degrees, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner Post-masters certificate from Maryville University.

Her time outside of work is spent enjoying time with family, friends, and furry family members. Jodiey also loves to explore waterfalls, care for succulents, and attend continuing education conferences. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Colorado.
